The story
Chicago gave us the backdrop. Middle-earth brought the magic.
We spent the day together in Chicago before escaping into Middle-earth at Navy Pier. At Chicago Shakespeare Theater, we saw the U.S. premiere of The Lord of the Rings – A Musical Tale.
The music, adventure, and theatrical magic made it unforgettable—but getting to experience the journey together was the best part.
